Terms of service. Short, because the work is simple.
These terms apply to automation and AI agent work delivered by The Private Office ("we", "I") to a client ("you").
1. Quotes and scope
- Every project starts with a written scope: what will be built, what it will connect to, the price and the delivery date.
- The quote is fixed for that scope. If you later ask for something outside it, we agree the extra cost in writing before that extra work starts.
- If the task is not worth automating for your business, we will say so and stop — no invoice.
2. Delivery and testing
- First working version is normally delivered within 48 hours of the kickoff call, unless the written scope says otherwise.
- You test on your own number, account and data before paying. Nothing is charged on the strength of a demo alone.
- Payment falls due only after you confirm that the delivered automation works as scoped.
3. Payment
- Payment method is agreed before the work starts (commonly USDT, bank transfer or the marketplace that introduced us).
- Prices are quoted in USD. Any bank, network or conversion fee is the client's side unless agreed otherwise.
- Work is licensed to the client for their own business use. Unless agreed in writing, source code is not handed over and the build is not resold.
4. Support and changes
Each delivery includes 30 days of bug fixes and small adjustments at no extra cost, counted from the day you approve it. After that, changes are quoted as small jobs or a simple monthly retainer.
5. What we do not promise
- We do not promise a specific number of leads, bookings or revenue — results depend on your market, your offer and your traffic.
- We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms you connect (for example messaging apps, brokers or hosting providers), but we will fix or reroute what we can.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to automate the accounts you connect.
6. Data and confidentiality
Anything you share is used only to do the work, and stored on our private server. See the Privacy Policy. We do not share your business details with other clients.
7. Stopping a project
Either side can stop before delivery. If you stop after the first version is delivered and tested, you pay the agreed price for that version. If we cannot deliver what was scoped, you pay nothing.
8. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be talked through directly, in good faith, before anything else.
